These guys are great. Lance was very professional and also very personable. He was very helpful and patient answering questions about the structure that were not immediately relevant to the inspection. At the end he sat down with us and reviewed the results of the inspection and made sure we did not have any questions. By the way, their inspection reports are really cool.

There was an issue with the sewer line and before the inspection was over we arranged for the sewer scope guy to talk with an excavator/plumber to get an idea of how much the repair might cost, to help us with our inspection objection. Totally above and beyond their duties.
They also gave us a home care manual. Maybe 80 pages or so of logs a we can fill out, reminders about seasonal maintenance items and efficiently boosting information. This was an unexpected bonus, and just showed great customer care.
There was just something really welcoming about the way they interacted with us. It sounds corny but I enjoyed the inspection so much I look forward to the next time I might have to call on them again.

Tom expedited our appointment as we were leaving town. Extremely knowledgeable, spoke in layman terms so that we could understand everything. Very professional and thorough. We have bought and sold many homes and this was by far the best inspection company we have ever used. Without hesitation would use them again and give our highest recommendation.

The reviews say it all. These guys were VERY professional and extremely informative. I would recommend them to anyone. Their attention to detail and inspection reports made sure that the issues with the home were addressed before move in. Had an additional question after the inspection and Tom answered my call and questions after work hours with no problem. Will absolutely use this company again.

I contacted Tom to get a quote for a home inspection. They quoted me a very reasonable price and were able to come out the following day. Tom was very personable and extremely detailed in his report. Our report was 40 pages of in-depth material/pictures! His inspection found items that I would have never thought of looking for (like the lack of a sump pump missing in a finished basement).
